Indian Hills Regional Development - promotes cooperative economic development efforts within Mahaska, Monroe, and Wapello Counties with a focus on the Iowa Bioprocessing Center. The Corporation is organized to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the tri-county area so that its citizens and all phases of its business and industry community shall prosper.
